Rivian’s Customer Satisfaction Campaign Targets Audio Fix in R1T and R1S Models

Rivian has announced a new customer satisfaction campaign for certain 2022-2024 R1T and R1S models. This campaign focuses on a potential issue with the interior audio amplifier.

Some of these vehicles may have been built with the wrong audio amplifier. In certain cases, a firmware update could cause the audio system to stop working. To resolve this, Rivian is proactively offering to replace the amplifier in affected vehicles. This move is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to ensuring high-quality experiences for its customers.

Rivian’s initiative reflects its dedication to customer satisfaction, prioritizing the reliability of its vehicles for all owners. If your vehicle is impacted, Rivian will reach out to schedule the replacement at no cost.
