Rivian and the Bay Area Rivian Club will be hosting a grand opening celebration for the Yosemite Charging Outpost in Groveland, California on July 20, 2024 from 2:00-6:00 pm PDT. The Yosemite Charging Outpost is a first of its kind hub built by Rivian which will feature a Rivian Adventure Network site, an indoor relaxing area, and will feature Yosemite and Rivian aesthetic. Jeff Baker has been with Rivian since May 2021 but effective July 27, 2024, he will resign from his role at Rivian. For the last few years, Rivian has had a very nice and generous vehicle return policy that allows owners unsatisfied to return their vehicle to any Rivian Service Center within 7 days or 1,000 miles (whichever came first).
