Defender LTX M/S2

No impact to range in the 1.5 years of driving wirh these tires. No pbservable difference in grip but road noise is slightly lower compared to the stock Pierllis, but not by much.

I have nothing but good things to say about these. The efficiency is great for me. Handling is almost as good as stock Pirellis, wet grip is great. Handles light snow with ease. Quiet on highway and around town. At 24k miles they are almost brand new. New they are 11/32, all of mine are 9.5/32 -10/32.

There aren’t many choices in this size, so it was an easy choice. But, it’s one that was met with a great tire that, frankly, felt better and more capable than the stock ones that came from Rivian. Very happy with the ride quality and noise. Would recommend and will likely buy them again at some point.

Replaced the Pirelli Scorpions which wore out at 18,000 miles. Have not noticed any performance degradation in terms of battery efficiency or road noise. Great tires for the price. They look good also.

I got 24K out the OEM Pirellis. The Michelins are noticeably quitter. Now I can only hear all the wind noise from my early build.

I had no real complaints about stock Pirellis on my 21s but needed to replace mine after a nail in the sidewall. I went with Michelins (from Costco) because I had good experience with Michelins on previous vehicles. So far (3k miles), I am happy with the switch. Thanks to Rivian Roamer, I can see my efficiency is a little bit better… 2.08 mi/kWh on average vs 2.00 for the Pirellis. I think they are quieter, too. They were less expensive, which makes them a winner in my book.

Really nice all weather performance and Ive noticed really consistent performance on conserve mode on the highway. Has handled snow and ice with superior confidence compared to my previous stock perellis. They are a slight bit louder in terms of tire noise but not to a dramatic degree in most scenarios. More noticeable on gravel or poorly build roads but they have better traction and road feel. Got them at costco and rotations/balancing is included. Ive had them about 10k miles and they are not wearing out to the ridiculous degree thst the perellis were. In terms of range, im getting a consistent 300 miles with full charge in average weather.
