  1. Poor showing for a company that is asking for so much more money from thier customers… they gotta earn it first!

  2. It is a kinda sad update, after all the hype of paying 49 a month. I was hoping for more.

  3. See you in June for another “bug fix” update. Maybe Sept we get one of the features promised in 2023 (messaging).

  4. And no fix for the near worthless Alexa and the hands-free still needs fine tuning not to turn to early. I was expecting to see something that would make me pull $50/mo out of my pocket. Sorry, but not yet. Still love my R1.

    • I like all the early experiment (was playing with Tesla FSD since 2016) but it is hard for me to convince myself paying $50/month for Autonomy+. It is not even comparable to Tesla EAP 8 years ago.

  5. I’m pretty sure they will launch the new UI update along with Rivian Assistant once R2 is released.

    • Multiple reports online saying the Rivian Assistant (RA) is already shipping on loaners. I was hoping it would be in this month’s update. Sucks

  6. I too would have hoped for some new autonomy improvements to go along with the start of subscription. That said, haven’t there been ‘unannounced’ features in several of the Fall releases? Like Universal Hands Free and the Google Maps overhaul?
