Rivian Returns to the 2025 Los Angeles Auto Show with R1 Test Drives and Possible R2 Appearance

Rivian is returning to the Los Angeles Auto Show this year, running from November 21 through November 30 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The show is one of the biggest automotive events in North America, drawing in crowds from around the world to see what’s next in the car industry, especially in the electric space.

While Rivian hasn’t officially confirmed what vehicles it will display, there’s growing anticipation that the R2 could make an appearance. With the model’s 2026 release getting closer, this would be the perfect stage to reintroduce the brand’s upcoming affordable SUV to the public. The R2 has already built plenty of excitement since its March reveal, and the LA Auto Show would give Rivian the spotlight it needs heading into next year.

Rivian will occupy a space in the main hall and is also planning to offer test drives of its R1T and R1S vehicles throughout the event. This gives potential customers and EV enthusiasts a chance to experience Rivian’s all-electric platform firsthand.

Tickets for the LA Auto Show start at $25 for an Any Day ticket. The event will feature dozens of major automakers showing off their latest models, concept cars, and future tech. You can check out all the details and exhibitors at laautoshow.com.
