Rivian Named Most Satisfying Car Brand in Latest J.D. Power Study

Rivian has been named the most satisfying brand in J.D. Power’s latest APEAL study, surpassing Porsche and Tesla. This study measures owner satisfaction, which has rebounded after two years of decline.

Rivian’s high rating reflects the company’s success in aligning its vehicles with customer desires, such as improved interior storage and higher-quality materials. The study highlights increased satisfaction with non-Tesla EVs, emphasizing Rivian’s strong performance in the market.
