Rivian has just launched its new Rivian referral code program called Rivian Rewards! This is something Rivian owners have been asking for, a way to earn rewards by helping to promote Rivian vehicles. Now, you can share your affiliate link with potential new Rivian buyers.
Here’s how it works: when someone uses your referral code during the checkout of a qualifying R1 vehicle from the R1 Shop and then takes delivery, both you and the new owner will earn rewards.

- 750 points that can be redeemed in the Gear Shop or R1 Shop (1 point = $1 credit)
- 6 months of free charging at Rivian Adventure Network sites (up to 3 years in total)
To celebrate the launch, the first 100 owners who make 25 qualifying referrals will be invited to a special Rivian Adventures Weekend in 2025. More details on this event will be shared later.
Do points expire?
Yes, Rivian Rewards expire after 2 years.
Can I use points toward the purchase of a new Rivian?
Points cannot be used for vehicle deposits, custom vehicle configurations, reservations, or vehicle purchases outside of Rivian’s R1 Shop. Points can only be applied toward the final purchase price of a vehicle.
How do I find my Rivian referral code?
Head on over to Rivian.com and sign in with your Rivian account. Once logged in, you’ll see a new Rewards option under your Profile. From there you can see your code and provide it to your friends!
