The Seattle region is a huge market for Rivian and when you have that many owners in one area, you need the service infrastructure to support all those owners. Seattle is already home to a service center in Bellevue and temporary location in Kirkland but now Seattle is home to the largest Rivian service center as of this writing.
Rivian’s new service center is located at 3201 South Norfolk Street, Seattle, WA 98118 near The Museum of Flight.
This new service center features 12 lifts, 2 alignment lifts, and is also a distribution center for parts in the Pacific Northwest.
Rivian was kind enough to invite us to tour the new service center and I wanted to share some photos with you. Rivian is now accepting service appointments at this location and officially opens Monday.
Appointments will continue to take a little time as the service center comes online and transitions from Bellevue to Seattle so thank you to owners for their continued patience with the team. Seattle will handle new deliveries for the next quarter at least to help relief some of Bellevue’s load. The Kirkland satellite service center will stay open through the beginning of 2025.
Rivian is working on two additional permanent service centers with locations and more info coming at a later date.
