From Yosemite to The Hamptons – Rivian’s Second Adventure Network Outpost is Coming Soon

If I was a gambling man, I don’t think I would’ve ever guessed that the second Rivian Adventure Network Outpost would be coming to The Hamptons in New York. After the successful opening of the world’s first RAN Outpost in Yosemite, CA, Rivian is now working on launching more Outposts across North America.

The location will be located at 1 Montauk Hwy, Southampton, New York 11968 was previously occupied by Patio.com and looks like it has been sitting empty for a while.

Spotted by RANTracker on X (formerly Twitter), Rivian is currently going through local approval to install 6 DC Fast Charging Rivian Adventure Network dispensers alongside a new “Experience Center” as permits call it. A friend of the site Rivian Updates did some more digging and found some concept art for the upcoming Outpost which will feature the following amenities: 6 DCFCs, restrooms, Wi-Fi, seating, Rivian merchandise, snacks, and even demo drives of the R1T and R1S.
