EVSportline Launches RMaxx Aluminum Front Bumper for Rivian R1T and R1S

EVSportline has just dropped one of the first real aftermarket front bumpers for the Rivian R1T and R1S, and it’s exactly the kind of upgrade a lot of owners have been waiting for. The new RMaxx Extreme Duty Lightweight Aluminum Front Bumper is built for any generation R1T or R1S (just make sure you select your model at checkout). It starts at $1,995 on pre-order (down from the regular $2,500) and shipments are expected to start by the end of 2025.
This isn’t just a cosmetic piece. It’s designed to look like something Rivian themselves would sell, with all the rounded shapes and aero-friendly lines so it blends in instead of looking tacked on. It’s made from aerospace-grade aluminum, so it won’t rust, even if you scratch through the powder coat. And the design is fully bolt-on with no drilling, cutting, or sensor headaches, so all your factory features like Driver+ or Highway Assist, collision avoidance, radar, and fog lights stay fully functional.
EVSportline added real functionality too. The bumper comes with a heavy-duty skid plate (raw aluminum or black powder coat) and is compatible with tow hooks, brush bar mounts, LED lighting, and even a winch system. They’re offering their own plug-and-play Morimoto 2Banger LED pod kits, or you can bring your own lights and wire them up. For the winch crowd, they’ve built an optional receiver-mounted frame that works with their new high-output auxiliary power system. This add-on kit lives in the frunk, draws from the Rivian’s power system, and can deliver up to 800 amps so you can run a 10,000-pound winch without voiding your warranty.
A matching rear bumper and optional brush bar are both in the works for later this year, so if you’re looking to fully armor up your R1, there’s more coming. Pre-orders are live now with pricing starting at $1,995, and shipping is expected by year’s end. You can check it out here and order through our affiliate link.
Wow, that looks great! Really nice to see it doesn’t require a bunch of cutting and hacking. And I know a lot of people will be excited about the winch. Am interested to see how this powered. Great stuff!
