California Dune R1T Spotted Next to Glacier White and They Look Similar

Keith, a fan of RivianTrackr, recently visited the Rivian Seattle delivery center and got up close with the new California Dune R1T. Sitting right next to a Glacier White R1T, the difference between the two colors was subtle but noticeable.

California Dune almost looks like a warmer take on Glacier White—kind of an off-white with a slight beige tint. In certain lighting, it might even be tough to tell them apart unless they’re side by side. While Glacier White has that crisp, clean look, California Dune softens things up a bit.

If you were hoping for a dramatic new color, this isn’t it. But if you like neutral tones with a little more warmth, California Dune might be the perfect alternative to Glacier White.

  1. Kinda looks like the new color was a botched batch of paint… Creative re-use and marketing? 😁
