Bridgestone and Hankook Expand Tire Options for Rivian 21 Inch Aero Wheels

If you own a Rivian R1T or R1S with the 21” Aero wheels, you know how limited the replacement tire market has been. For a while, there were really only two choices: the factory-equipped Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season Elect, or the Michelin LTX M/S2. Many owners leaned toward the Michelin, not just because it runs about $100 cheaper per tire, but also because it offers a more aggressive look and slightly deeper tread.
That’s finally starting to change. Two fresh options are entering the mix, giving Aero wheel owners more flexibility.
The first is the Bridgestone Alenza Prestige, now available in the 275/55R21 size. It comes in around $365 per tire and backs it up with a 70,000-mile warranty. Bridgestone is pitching this as a premium long-life choice, which should appeal to daily drivers looking for durability.

The second option is one a lot of Rivian owners will be keeping an eye on: the Hankook iON HT. It hasn’t officially hit the market yet, but when it does, it’s expected to be a game changer. At just $235 per tire, it comes with a massive 80,000-mile warranty, making it one of the most affordable and longest-lasting 21” choices so far.

We’ll be watching closely as the Hankook rolls out, but in the meantime, 21” Aero owners finally have more than just two boxes to check. It would be useful to list the other tire prices for comparison. From the tire rack:
