As reported on X earlier today, Rivian is now selling Generation 2 Rivian R1S Large variant vehicles on the R1 Shop but with one caveat… it’s a Max pack that is software locked. Key Changes to Rivian’s Preorder Price Vouchers
Rivian recently updated its policy regarding preorder price vouchers, clarifying that the Tri-Motor configurations of the R1T and R1S are now excluded from preorder pricing benefits.
