Permits Filed for New Dallas Rivian Space
A permit has been filed for a new Rivian Space at 3010 Knox Street, Dallas, TX 75205, near Knox Park. This will be the second Rivian Space in Texas, with the first one located in Austin. The previous tenant at this location was Sleep Number. The location on Knox Street is ideal for Rivian, situated near an Apple Store and Trader Joe’s, and easily accessible from US-75. Rivian Introduces Leasing In Arkansas and Louisiana
Rivian continues to expand its lease offerings and today has introduced leasing in 2 additional states: Arkansas and Louisiana. Rivian has been pushing leasing very hard in recent months with some great deals and incentives including free STEALTH Paint Protection and even a Friends and Family discount of up to $6,000 on a 2024 Rivian R1T Large if you know someone who works at Rivian.
