Are you a fan of U2 and Rivian? Charitybuzz has partnered with U2 to auction off one of the 2023 Rivian R1S Quad Large used as the official EV of U2:UV Achtung Babu Live At Sphere in 2023 and 2024. This R1S was part of the fleet that transported U2 around Las Vegas and if you pop the hood open, you’ll find the autographs of all the U2 band members including Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton, and Bram van den Berg.
100% of the net proceeds will go to Conservation International, a fund that helps protect critical forests worldwide, positively impacting the climate, livelihoods, food security, and freshwater globally.
“This donation reflects Rivian’s commitment to a sustainable future, where our kids’ kids’ kids can thrive on a healthy planet,” Charitybuzz said.
As of the writing of this article, the current bid is $25,000 and the auction ends on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 3:01 PM EDT.
