Great tire.
Test drove on R2 and liked them. The price was right for 22s (compared to the hard as rock Pirellis). They’re no noise (you hear the motors not the tires). They’re a better ride over my bad city roads. They’re great accelerating in straight line. They probably slide a little sooner than Pirellis on aggressive, powered curves but it’s progressive and fun. And, I’m not autocrossing this 7,000 truck so…. I can’t speak to efficiency, obviously it won’t be as good but I’m okay with that compromise for all the other daily benefits. I also found the Pirellis really skittish in any kind of weather so expect these will be better as they can’t be worse. They also look pretty cool — on my sport brights the R1s looks a little more Land Rover and a little less Cadillac. But just IMO. Very happy with these tires.
