Rivian’s Pacific Northwest Expansion Continues with New Bothell Location

Rivian’s expanding again—this time with a shiny new service center planned for Bothell. The electric adventure brand has locked down a 45,000-square-foot spot at the North Creek Commerce Center, making it their fourth service center in the Puget Sound region. With existing locations in Bellevue and Seattle, plus another coming to Fife, they’re making it easier than ever for local owners to get their EVs serviced without a big road trip.

Bothell is becoming a prime spot for businesses that want to stay close to major highways without diving into full-blown city chaos. The North Creek Commerce Center is a massive 243,000-square-foot industrial park. It was originally set to open last summer, but things got pushed back to early 2025.

Rivian’s piece of the pie? A chunk of Building C—roughly 40% of the entire space. That’s a lot of room for tire swaps, battery checks, and any other service needs.

If you’re a Rivian owner in the Puget Sound area, this is great news. More service centers mean quicker appointments and less time waiting around for repairs or upgrades. Plus, it’s a sign that Rivian isn’t just surviving—it’s thriving, despite challenges with state laws and industry pressure.
