A permit has been filed for a new Rivian Space at 3010 Knox Street, Dallas, TX 75205, near Knox Park. This will be the second Rivian Space in Texas, with the first one located in Austin. The previous tenant at this location was Sleep Number.
The location on Knox Street is ideal for Rivian, situated near an Apple Store and Trader Joe’s, and easily accessible from US-75. There are also many retail locations nearby.
The permit lists the completion date as November 29, 2024, so it’s uncertain if the Rivian Space will open before the end of the year. The project’s estimated cost is $1.95 million, and the total area is 3,972 square feet.
Rivian spaces are an invitation to get up close and personal with Rivian electric adventure vehicles. Come in and kick the tires, pop the Gear Tunnel, touch the seats — maybe even take one for a spin.
